SSF: Are you ready for an emergency? South City Red Cross Emergency Preparedness Event
New Years Goals, we all have them. When do we think about being prepared for emergencies though? The new year is a great time to a little evaluation and a great way to check in annually. Does everyone know what to do in the event of an emergency?
From the City of South San Francisco
Are you ready for an emergency? Is everyone in your household aware of your emergency plan? If you’re not sure where to start, or maybe just want a refresher, join us for a presentation from the Red Cross on how to prepare yourself for an emergency. The presentation will cover different situations, including what to do in an earthquake, if there is a fire, or in the instance of a flood.
The Red Cross of Northern California provides relief to those affected by disasters with a volunteer network of over 7,000 people. The group also works to educate and empower community members on how to prepare, respond, and recover from emergencies.
